This Friday June 12th, come on down to Local 269 located at 269 E. Houston Street at Suffolk on the Lower East Side as the Mets take on the Yankees at 7:00pm.The game is going to be played on a projector as well as a couple of other tvs. This isn't a sports bar by any means, but rather a cool place that is setting this up for the weekend series. The owners and barteners are all wonderful and really are just looking to bring everyone together for a good time. Drinks are cheap, there will be some specials, and you can can hang with fellow fans (and it's hard to find an establishment packed with Mets fans in Manhattan). Spread the word and come on down!
